If you are purchasing a parcel that is BUY IT NOW -FULL PRICE, CommonLots will email you a copy of the receipt and a DocuSIgn to confirm your Deed information that you filled out online. A copy of your receipt will also be sent to you via mail. Please note that property sold at full price takes 3-4 weeks to record through the county office.
Once you receive the DocuSign Land Agreement, please sign. This will be processed for CommonLots to sign the DocuSign and send it back to you with our signature.
Once all documents have been signed by both parties, CommonLots will send you the first monthly invoice per the terms and conditions of the land agreement.
You will receive in the mail a copy of the Land Agreement notorized by CommonLots LLC.
